Hello!

I'm from Bronies for Good, the online solidarity group that helps organize and assist bronies involved in different events, fundraisers, and projects pertaining to community service, charity, and social injustice. I am planning to attend the convention in August, and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in coordinating on some sort of food/toy drive or other action to benefit the local community or specific charity. If you are interested in doing so, feel free to email me at BroniesforGood@gmail.com, post here, or drop a message on our facebook page. Thanks, and I look forward to chatting with any interested parties!

If you like to volunteer to help lead the event (or you just want to run it), the more likely the event will make it to the convention. Otherwise, a ton of events and nopony to help with the labour makes Royal (and the rest of the staff) sad ponies

From an event planning thread

there's also the contact page at everfreenw.com
