That is so strange, I live in Surrey B.C. too and I was convinced that bronies didn't exist here lol. Small world eh?
Wow, I'm quite shocked you guys haven't found the rest of us yet.
There's actually quite a few bronies in Vancouver and BC and we have both a forum and a Rainbowdash network. I don't usually partake in much of the forum but that's where meetups and stuff are planned. Last time I checked we're trying to organize a meetup at the PNE and also a games night I think. should defs check it out, I ended up meeting lots of bronies, one of them becoming a good friend who will be my driving buddy down to everfree.
Edit: forgot to link em. derp.
http://www.rainbowdash.net/group/vancouverbronieshttp://www.bcbronies.org/forum/index.phpThere's also a facebook group but i havent joined it yet. I think it had something to do with the event planning being done away from RDN which i found most comfortable.

That is one HELLA immediate vicinity if Vancouver isn't close enough!
From where I am, I can actually get to Bellingham faster than downtown Vancouver. Our transit system isn't the greatest.
Do you live in South Surrey? I've heard that place is notoriously bad with busses. I was fortunate enough to live in a part of surrey with alot of access to private transportation.

In most states, N licenses count as full licenses -- most states don't have graduated licensing systems, and as such, anything but a basic learner's permit counts as a full license.
interesting. so are you saying that once I cross the border, I'm allowed to drive as many people as i want?
