I'm going to the convention as Fluttershy. I probably won't look good as Fluttershy but I wanted to give it a try. I would go as Applejack & I did see a cute shirt at Target that was her color that would work perfectly but that would require me to wear a hat & I don't do hats although I don't mind ears & wigs. I wanted to do Fluttershy because I want to wear wings & well Rainbow Dash would be too tricky because I don't know where to find a rainbow wig. Anyways I love Fluttershy's mane so much & I found the perfect wig for her.

I want to know who else is gonna be in costume & who will be who. Also maybe a few tips for getting costumes together? I have mine set but one of my friends who is going to be Rarity might come across a few problems that I want to help avoid.

If you aren't sure on what to do for your cutie mark I'm making a cutie mark pin for myself & my friends. I'm sure they can be found online but this way for us is cheaper. I am using some of the same material used to make the charms for the MLP necklaces my friends & I have been making. I am sure cutie mark pins aren't too hard to find online but I prefer making my own. That's just an idea I'm throwing out there. Another one of my friends had was iron on cutie marks but I couldn't find any online.

I'm not dressing up, but I figure I'll add my two cents for incorporating the cutie mark! Whenever I draw a human form pony, I like to integrate the cutie mark into the costume. Make a little more classy and a little less tacked on, ya know?
