Okay, let me explain WHAT I CAN without having the rest of the board kill me, okay?
If we can get more space so we can do more memberships, those who got ON THE WAITING LIST will get like 24 hours to buy memberships before the rest of the public. It will be our way to thank those who were patient. We would also announce a SET DATE AND TIME we're re-open memberships, and how many we'd be able to sell due to the additional space-if any. If or when those sold out, that would be it.
So if your current plan is to open sales for the next batch of tickets sometime in the future, with those on the waiting list getting 24 hours beforehand to buy tickets, what is the plan going to be for pricing them?
Because currently being on the wait list (in my case, not sure what other types of situations the wait list includes) comes about from having paid the 35$ for a ticket previously but not actually doing so soon enough to receive one. If the sales plan for these future tickets is to re-open them to people on the wait list for purchase does that mean we should be expecting to pay more in addition to that deposit we've already put down?
And no worries if you don't actually have an answer. I understand these things can get complicated. Just trying to fish for as much information as I can get. (And to figure out if I should horde up some cash ahead of time to buy a ticket quicker this time).
