as of 2pm the meeting is still going so more notes may be added as we go along.

Do we have a specific area for bronystock/ponystock? (Whichever they're calling it) Because one of the days we could possibly set up BBQ/Picnic over at angle lake which has a stage. We could all walk there in a big group with our twilight sparkle and someone with a van can set up the music. We could set up the obstacle course, have a couple races as well as face painting for the kids and all that. Everyone could just hang out, swim, have somethin to eat, get your face painted on and listen to all the great brony musicians. Just throwing out an idea or two since I can't be there for the public meetings.

Hmmm, to be honest I'd say that sounds like an idea for a meetup. There's always this nifty site to set up ideas, and with the summer upon us...

Well I'm not on the event staff at all so I don't know what's been planned and what not. I was just throwing that in for like maybe a couple hour event to put more panels in the after midnight slot, give it a little more slack. I would love to help with some meet up ideas but I'm in the portland area, not seatac sadly.

Just a side note: I'm all for setting this up with or without the music as an event by myself and some help from the people I'm going with.
