Everypony interested in staff and didn't buy your ticket before we sold out, you will have to go through me to get a badge. You will still have to buy a badge but it will be a separate system. Also do not apply unless you are willing to work at the convention. This is not a free way to get a badge. You must be willing to work.

Hi everypony! So for those of you that don't know me, I am Jarod Watson aka Galileo Starhoof. I was asked to take over as Head of Staff about 2 months ago and I still have a lot of positions to fill. If you are 18+ and you want to be a part of staff please email me at staff@everfreenw.com I have included a list of what we are looking for.

To be a part of staff you must have a Skype account. This will allow you to talk to your team before the convention.

Any staff that is applying on or after 8//16, apply first then email me asap. I will be at the con. I will let people be in staff but bring your ID and $35. Look for the guy in the green top hat with Fluttershy.

Acting as visual deterrent
Keeping an eye on things
Knowing when to intervene as well as when to pass the call up the chain of command when required

gaming may need one more, especially for the late night, overnight times if that happens. probably need at least 2 more really, to have two people staffing the room, and a backup

Gaming is now full. Still looking for more people for the other departments. Also, make sure you have your badge if you're going to be a part of staff. We are a first year con and we can't compensate staff this year.
