Over the course of the last month and a half I have sent four separate emails to the address listed on the main site,
registration@everfreenw.com, containing various questions and concerns. On every occasion my emails have been completely ignored.
My last two emails were a simple request for confirmation that the badges that I paid for were successfully processed. I purchased both in the second batch, and despite money being deducted from my account neither showed up being paid for. I cannot check on the status of the badges that I have purchased due to the link now pointing to the very unhelpful message of, "We are sorry, but Registration for Everfree Northwest is currently closed.". My first email asking for confirmation was sent on June 10th, the second on July 2nd.
I would like an official email confirming that both badges I paid for were processed correctly. That is neither a difficult nor unreasonable request and should not take over a month to complete.
