Hey, I was wondering if theres any rooms (including the super fancy expensive executive suite) that are still available for reservation at the hotel where the convention is going to be held.

Our block is not sold out yet. Keep trying.

I believe there are still rooms available at the hotel, even if not under the convention discount code. I have heard there are only single rooms left under the convention code though.

I was able to get one this morning. Got to love king size beds.

I am still wondering if there is a way to upgrade my hotel reservation for the everfree perks. I sent a email to registration but still have not received a reply. I originally had my reservation under the mlp code but after membership tickets were sold out i canceled it. Now with the chance of getting a ticket i reserved another room but it does not have the code attached, can someone get to me on what i should do? Would calling the hotel help?

You should definitely be talking to the hotel liaison and registration more so than the hotel. They already goofed once and booked some people in the wrong section. Plus, they're working with us, and probably don't know a lot about the convention themselves since they don't have a large hand in planning it, just hosting.

A matter of warning:

If you had originally planned for the Holiday Inn from Friday morning to Monday morning, but now want to add Thursday night (given the 10am Friday start to Everfree NW), you may do so at the time of this message. However, it will cost you and you will likely have to pay at a different rate than you originally set out for.
