Obviously my suggestion comes in the form of some cool nerdcore performances, or indeed just a great musical presence in general.

I've actually been working on putting together an MLP mixtape with some people... <.<

As for what I think would be cool to see besides all that:

Obviously anyone involved in the actual making of the show being there for a panel would be really cool. Voice actors, writers, anyone involved really.

Someone said something about a formal gala, that would be a very neat idea. Or a masquerade. I also loved the idea of it being turned into a more "Pinky Pie-esque" party at the end by being crashed. Perhaps a rave?

Muffins. Cupcakes. There's gotta be something involving it.

It is indeed a pony-centralized convention but having other events is always good too. Gaming stations, related but off-topic panels, etc. would always be nice.

Singalongs.

Obviously there has to be a screening room and an MLP marathon.

Annnd I'm too tired to think straight anymore, so I'm gonna leave it at that and go catch some Z's. Or just stay up all night, haven't decided yet.

An art competition. This was something I saw at this electronics convention I was at back in summer.
Basically, there was a theme for each session, and they had ~20 minutes to draw the theme. After the draw-off, the artwork gets presented, and the artists that win get to move on to the next round in the tournament. Although, the prizes in that were pretty big-ish (sponsored by Autodesk).

I don't expect there to be any huge prizes, but I figured this was a fun idea for an event.

now the art competition would be a good idea IMO, just do a couple rounds of it across the whole weekend kind of like how PAX does the Omegathon...

and hey you could offer up like a free tshirt or a poster or something of that assort haha

Not a bad idea.

I will have to be attending a conference in Vancouver at almost the exact same time as EverfreeNW. I will attend next year when I won't have to worry about such things.

oh yes the auction was good too, mostly due to the fact that all the proceeds went to support the con too!

I don't know where the Sherclop Pones or Mentally Advanced Series' teams are based out of, but maybe someone could try getting in touch with them as possible guests? I love their work. And AngelWuff, do you have a list posted anywhere of the game makers that you're getting contact with? There are some games in production that don't always get as much publicity as say Fighting is Magic, and I think a presentation or demo by say Fiends of Dream Valley, or Equestria Tales: Elements of Chaos, or similarly quiet but awesome projects could be really exciting.

If you like to volunteer to help lead the event (or you just want to run it), the more likely the event will make it to the convention. Otherwise, a ton of events and nopony to help with the labour makes Royal (and the rest of the staff) sad ponies
