I don't know where the Sherclop Pones or Mentally Advanced Series' teams are based out of, but maybe someone could try getting in touch with them as possible guests? I love their work. And AngelWuff, do you have a list posted anywhere of the game makers that you're getting contact with? There are some games in production that don't always get as much publicity as say Fighting is Magic, and I think a presentation or demo by say Fiends of Dream Valley, or Equestria Tales: Elements of Chaos, or similarly quiet but awesome projects could be really exciting.
For Fighting is Magic, they're discussing it here:
http://mlpf.im/psFor the other games, you could start a thread about it (and see if the public is interested).
However, i would recommend contacting these two before hand:
RoyalCoat:
royalcoat@everfreenw.com (Events Lead)
or
AngelWuff:
gaming@everfreenw.com or
angelwuff@everfreenw.com* (Gaming Track Lead)
*not sure the second e-mail works
If you like to volunteer to help lead the event (or you just want to run it), the more likely the event will make it to the convention. Otherwise, a ton of events and nopony to help with the labour makes Royal (and the rest of the staff) sad ponies
