I think it would be fun to have a panel on custom pony making. I don't think I'd want to host the panel myself, as what I do is not the typical of the pony-modding community (although if there was interest in me talking about my project and doing Q 'n A for an hour, that would probably be easy enough to do... but having several people available to talk about the historical custom pony community, and what's developed out of the current fandom would be very interesting.

I would love a gala, but i think that might be better for next year when we have the space for it honestly... Cupcake decorating party could be awesome. Let me check with the hotel on the okay of that first before making it a tenative on the list...

I second the papercraft panel, although i am a bit shy i could help host it. I've been doing papercraft for a few years. The problem being the pattern will have to be somewhat easy to fit a hour or half hour panel and ink to print them all out. Plus we will need scissors and glue.
