Hmmm, let's see... planning on getting a hair cut (trim it down to "summer coat") and full beard trim (shave it ALL off!) at the end of March; that gives me 4.5 months to let my beard grow back.

Should be good by then.

Since the original idea was just a joke, and since no one is taking it seriously, could a moderator lock the topic?

The beard meme's are good and all, but we have an entire forum for that kind of stuff.

We don't need it clogging the Event Planning forum.

Well, I do try to give it a significant trim about once a year or so - generally around the time I get a haircut. This usually happens in spring or early summer, so I can drop my "winter coat".

For this year, I intend on the haircut and full shave for the end of March, then craft a slideshow of daily images of my beard growing back in so that the growth rate can be viewed easily.

Maybe there could be a "Pony Anonymous" where the fellow brony wants to "come to grips" with the fact that they cannot tell their loved ones this secret..so they need "help" in order to do so?

I don't know, just don't want to talk about beards is all. :?:
