You could always print some out at costco or staples before hand, and get glue from the dollar tree. It shouldn't be too hard to set up~ :3

I don't know how the mechanics of it would be worked out but....what about a voice acting dub-over workshop? People could read lines from their favorite characters and it would show the animation on the screen with their recorded voice matching up. Everypony could essentially become their favorite character.

If someone with voice acting skills (to teach about matching lip flap, ect) or that teaches acting of some sort could host it, that would be even better.

i'm surprised someone hasn't brought this up yet, but depending on how much people like it, but how about something fallout equestria related? i've never read the story myself[i'm personally waiting for the radioplay this summer], but i keep hearing that it's pretty good.

I myself have been thinking about something but its probably not something someone would expect. Plus it's still much in the works and I haven't talked about it to anyone in case it doesn't go over.

Ooh, what about a MLP music video contest? Kind of short notice though to music video creators.

It also wouldn't hurt to have non-pony events as well (don't throw rocks at me XD) that are somewhat related. Anime, fantasy genre ect. I know Sakura Con usually has some events that aren't SPECIFICALLY anime but fall around similar interests.
