Our Hotel

Our first annual Everfree Northwest will be held in the SeaTac Airport Holiday Inn. In addition to all of their event space, the hotel is making a special group rate available for those who stay with us for the weekend.

For the duration of the convention, the current convention nightly rate offered to attendees of Everfree will be $129+Tax. The Holiday Inn offers both single and double rooms with a booking limit of three adults max per room. Each room comes with a complimentary full buffet breakfast for two people each morning. The Holiday Inn also features a 24-hour, Olympic-sized swimming pool, as well as a hot-tub and fitness center. Guests of the Holiday Inn also gain access to the hotel's business center.

Amenities offered to all of our attendees include free WiFi internet and a parking rate of $6 per day. Parking is complimentary for those guests actually staying in the hotel. In addition, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Southcenter Shopping Mall throughout the day.

By Plane:

Our hotel is located minutes away from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and offers 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Shuttles run every twenty minutes, but be sure to call the hotel in advance to make sure they know you're coming. If flying into SeaTac, both Alaska Airlines and Southwest Airlines offer low fares between Seattle and most major destinations throughout the United States.

By Train:

People travelling via Amtrak can get a 10% discount traveling to and from the convention by calling 1-800-USA-RAIL and using the Convention Fare Code Number "X42J-943". Remember to mention you are heading to Seattle for "Everfree NorthWest" when making your reservation. This discount is only valid via the 1-800 number and is not usable via the Amtrak website.

By Car:

If going North on I-5 (from California, Oregon, etc):

Take I-5 North and take Exit 149B to 516 West/South Kent Des Moines Rd.
toward Des Moines
Slight Right onto 99 North
99 North becomes International Blvd., destination will be on your Right

If coming South on I-5 (from Bellingham, Canada, etc):

Take I-5 South and take Exit 152 for South 188th St.
Turn Right onto South 188th St.
Turn Right onto International Blvd.
Destination will be on your Right

If coming West on I-90 (from New York, Spokane, etc)

Take I-90 West and exit onto I-405 South (Renton, Tacoma)
I-405 turns into 518 West
Take the exit toward Sea-Tac Airport, and keep right
Follow signs for 99 South and Merge onto International Blvd. (Right Turn)
Destination will be on your Left
