Yaklyn Cosplay is our EFNW 2024 Best in Show Champion but has also won more MLP Best in Show awards than any current cosplay competitor. A Master seamstress, she also explores using multiple techniques for creative builds. Fine details like hand embroidery are just some of the things that Yaklyn adds to her head to toe custom builds. She has been a well known MLP cosplayer and fandom supporter since 2014.

Katie's Pinkie Pie cosplay is truly a love letter to the character, and every detail of her costume shows it. From the detailed decals on her socks to the intricate details woven throughout her dress, every aspect of this cosplay was crafted with care and attention to detail. The wig work was especially impressive, with perfectly styled curls and a bright pink color that truly brought the character to life. But what really set this cosplay apart was the way that it captured the essence of Pinkie Pie. The intricate details throughout the dress really added to the whimsical, playful feel of the character, and Katie's expert craftsmanship shone through in every aspect of the costume.

Terra, a brilliant cosplayer and engineering student, continues to amaze fans with her intricate and imaginative cosplays. In 2021, Terra truly outdid herself with her awe-inspiring Ember cosplay, featuring a stunning Japanese-style outfit and remarkably articulate remote-controlled wings. Terra's meticulous attention to detail and exceptional creativity were evident in every aspect of the costume, from the intricate design of the outfit to the incredibly lifelike movements of the wings. Her ability to seamlessly merge technology with artistry is a testament to her remarkable talent and ingenuity. Terra, a talented cosplayer with a passion for detail and creativity, has captivated the hearts of Everfree with her impressive cosplay creations. In 2019, Terra and her husband Duncan brought the house down with their stunning leather Tempest Shadow cosplay. Terra's exceptional skill in makeup artistry and costume design combined with Duncan's expertise in leather crafting resulted in an absolute masterpiece. The highlight of the ensemble was Terra's custom light-up horn, which truly brought the character to life. It's no surprise that the dynamic duo took home the top prize at the cosplay contest, leaving the audience in awe of their incredible talent and craftsmanship.

Makin'days is really proud of their Storm King cosplay, but it was extremely warm, being made of thick fake fur, pleather, and Eva foam. The staff was made of PVC pipe, eva foam, thermal plastic, and plexiglass for the base. A crystal that lights up was attached at the top. The staff was later auctioned off at closing ceremonies for $1000.

Makin'days (She/Her) born and raised in southern Oregon, started cosplaying in 2009. Back during 2013 Terra was sick in bed for a few days and started watching MLP and have been stuck here since. Their favorite pony is Starlight Glimmer. Terra tried to bring out Discord's chaotic energy by not making it a "nice" cosplay. Having used different fabric choices for each limb, the cotton candy cloud was made out of brushed out pink yarn, and a fun tidbit was that the cloven hoof shoe had extra material on the tread to make a clop clop sound effect as they walked.
