Everfree Northwest is in less than three weeks and the closer we get the more excited we’re becoming! We can’t wait for you all to join us in Seattle, WA over the July 4th weekend!
Over the next two weeks we will be hitting some deadlines which are listed below:
Pre-registration – June 15th
EFNW’s pre-registration was extended by an extra two days, but the new cut-off of June 15th is only a day away! Patron and Sponsor badges are still available, but only by pre-registering as they will not be available at the door. If you would like to upgrade your badge you can easily do so by going through the registration process and selecting the Sponsor badge, and you’ll only be charged the difference. Go to everfreenw.com/register/kiosk/web_reg to get your ticket now!
Charity Donations – June 15th
We are still accepting donations to the Everfree Northwest Charity Auction to benefit Seattle Children’s Hospital, but the deadline to fill out a donation form is tomorrow. Last year we raised over $21,000 for charity and we hope to raise even more this year. If you wish to donate go to everfreenw.com/charity and fill out the donation form. At-con donations will still be accepted for our “Last Roundup” portion of the Charity Auction.
Volunteering – June 20th
If you are interested in volunteering for Everfree Northwest and being a part of our convention family, you have until June 20th to do so. Volunteers receive a free attendee badge. To see what positions are still available and to fill out our volunteer application, go to everfreenw.com/volunteer
PMV/Pony video Contest – June 27th
There are less than two weeks left to enter our PMV and Pony Video Contest! Any PMV or Pony Video published on or after April 15th are eligible for this contest. Winners will be announced and played during our Cereal and Toons event. Contest details and our contest submission form can be found at everfreenw.com/pmvcontest. We are also in need of more submissions for our Pony Video category. Remember, you can submit two PMVs as well as two Pony Videos for a total of four contest entries.
