Our Venue

For the second year in a row, the Everfree Northwest convention will make it’s home at the world-class event space of the Seattle Airport Hilton Hotel and Conference Center. The Hilton offers both single and double rooms and features a beautiful outdoor heated swimming pool, hot-tub, courtyard, and fitness center. Guests of the hotel may also make use of the hotel’s business center.

The Hilton offers a daily parking rate of $8 per day for hotel guests and $11 per day for everyone else.

Everfree Northwest’s room block at the Hilton has sold out! If you still need a room for Everfree Northwest, we recommend contacting the Clarion Hotel. We do not have a block rate with the Clarion, but it is just a short walk from the Hilton. If you’re interested in sharing a room, you can also try contacting other attendees in the Lodging section of our forum.

Getting Here

By Plane:

The Seattle Airport Hilton Hotel and Conference Center is located minutes away from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and offers a complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport. Shuttles run every 20 minutes. Be sure to call the hotel in advance to make sure they know you’re coming.

By Car:

If going North on I-5 (from California, Oregon, etc):

• Take I-5 North and take Exit 149B to 516 West/South Kent Des Moines Rd.

• toward Des Moines

• Slight Right onto 99 North

• 99 North becomes International Blvd., destination will be on your Right

If coming South on I-5 (from Bellingham, Canada, etc):

• Take I-5 South and take Exit 152 for South 188th St.

• Turn Right onto South 188th St.

• Turn Right onto International Blvd.

• Destination will be on your Right

If coming West in I-90 (From New York, Spokane, etc):

• Take I-90 West and exit onto I-405 South (Renton, Tacoma)

• I-405 turns into 518 West

• Take the exit toward Sea-Tac Airport, and keep right

• Follow signs for 99 South and Merge onto International Blvd. (Right Turn)

• Destination will be on your Left
