By purchasing a badge membership from Everfree Northwest, you agree to following terms:

- Any badge holder will abide by our Code of Conduct while present in the convention area and hotel, and realize that their badge can be revoked for serious and/or repeated violation of Everfree's policies and that no refund will be issued.

- It is understood that this transaction constitutes a non-refundable single-event membership in the Pegasi Corp. and entitles the purchaser to badge(s), which serve as a mark of such membership and allow admittance into the Everfree Northwest convention. Refunds for memberships will not be issued for any reason, though lost badges may be replaced. Non-attendance for any reason will not entitle the purchaser to a refund, but partial credit toward future years' membership may be issued.

- Member agrees that the schedule and duration of events, special guest lineup, and convention structure is subject to change at any time, with or without notice.

- Memberships are non-transferrable, and each attendee 13 years or older must hold a purchased membership. Pegasi/Everfree Northwest is not responsible for the supervision of minors during the event.

- Those purchasing a Dealer's Badge must be 18 years of age or older.

- Our venue has limited capacity and once memberships are sold out, you may be placed on a waiting list. If this occurs, you may either choose to continue to wait for vacancies in badges or request a full refund for your purchase (an exception to the above rule). If you request a refund, you will forfeit your place on the waiting list. If you are placed on the waiting list, you will be notified within 7 days of purchase and given the option to either remain on the list or receive a refund. If no vacancies become available to you by the time the convention takes place, you will automatically be refunded within 30 days.

- Pegasi shall not be held liable for any travel, lodging, or incidental costs resulting from any cancellations or changes to the event.

- Pegasi will not be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property at the event, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

-Any party, by purchasing a badge membership from Everfree Northwest or using this site, understands and agrees that this Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict of law principles, and that same party also agrees that, should any suit, action, conflict, or other such matter arise which relates to the subject matter of this Agreement, such suit, action, conflict, or other such matter shall be resolved exclusively before an appropriate court in King County Washington, and all parties to this Agreement understand and agree that venue and jurisdiction are right, reasonable, and proper before that court, and both parties submit to jurisdiction before said court by entering into this Agreement. The parties to this Agreement further agree that, prior to either party instigating any action in the above referenced court, both parties will attempt to resolve any conflict by mediation, with a mediator to be agreed on by both parties, and will only instigate any action if the parties cannot agree on a mediator, or such mediation fails to resolve said conflict. The parties to this Agreement further understand and agree that, in the event that a dispute should arise which relates to the subject matter of this Agreement, the prevailing party in such a dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable court costs and attorney's fees.
