What is Everfree Northwest?

Everfree Northwest is an annual, three day event dedicated to celebrating the hit television show, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Since its debut in the Autumn of 2010, My Little Pony has earned itself dedicated fans of all ages. Now in its third year, Everfree Northwest is more than just a convention. It is a community of friends and volunteers who have come from all walks of life and corners of the continent. Everfree Northwest gives the fan community a memorable time and space to make friends, make memories, and to celebrate the media phenomenon that brings them together.

Our event includes a rich schedule of programming that includes dances, costume contests, art, live music, games, and more! Each year we feature special guests of voice talent and production staff, who have given their talents to make My Little Pony so special, for special panels and autograph signings. Don't forget to visit our Vendor's Hall, where you can purchase the talented work of fan art, crafts, and music as well as toys, comic books, and more. As Everfree Northwest brings together fans of all ages, our event is family-friendly and all content and programming is appropriate for kids aged 1 to 100. Speaking of kids, all kids 12 and under attend Everfree Northwest for free with a paying adult!

EFNW Pre-Reg Closes June 13th

Here’s an important heads up for anyone who plans to attend Everfree Northwest 2014 this July. Pre-registration for EFNW will be closing on June 13th; that’s in less than two weeks! After pre-reg closes, badges may only be purchased at the event, depending on availability. The best way to guarantee your admission into Everfree Northwest this year is to pre-register online. Also be aware that our upper-tier badges will NOT be available at the door. This means that June 13th will be your last chance to purchase a Patron Badge and receive perks like:

  • Priority seating in panels
  • An exclusive Patron and Sponsor Ponystock acoustic performance
  • 1 free autograph voucher
  • 1 free keychain voucher from the Sugarcube Corner booth.

Convention Hotel Full, Space Still Available At Other Hotels

Everfree Northwest is sorry to report that not only is our convention hotel, the Seattle Airport Hilton Hotel, out of our con-rate hotel rooms, they are completely booked and have no rooms available as of this posting. Thankfully, as the Hilton Convention Center is located close to the Seatac Airport, there are many other hotel options withing easy walking distance from EFNW. The Clarion Hotel Seattle Airport is just across the street from the convention! So book now and stay close to the action!

EFNW Charity Auction Still Taking Donations and Charity Auction Feature

Everfree Northwest is coming sooner than you know it, but don’t worry there is still time to visit everfreenw.com/charity and submit an item to the Charity Auction.  All proceeds will be donated to Seattle Children’s Hospital.  If you are a gifted artist, talented writer, or clever craftspony, you should consider submitting an item or commission to the 2014 Everfree Northwest Charity Auction.  More information about the event itself and how to donate can be found at the link above. If you want to ensure that your talents benefit Seattle Children’s Hospital, then you need to complete the Prospective Donor Form by June15th, 2014.

The first donation received for 2014 Everfree Northwest Charity Auction was a wonderful pair of plushes.  Presenting “Mac & Cheese”!  Big Macintosh and Cheese Sandwich both stand at 11” tall and are created from pill-free fleece.  Custom designed by donor Angela Beegle (https://twitter.com/chotiari), both ponies include unique detailed accessories including Big Mac’s yoke and Cheese Sandwich’s western style hat, party blower, accordion, and Boneless 2.  Cheese Sandwhich also comes clad in hand made yellow spandex shirt and crocheted poncho.  Both ponies don iron on hand painted cutie marks.

Everfree Northwest 2014: Con Book Ad Space

Do you have a message to send out or a service or product you want to promote? If so, then let Everfree Northwest help by listing your advertisement in our full-color 2014 Conbook!
We have available sizes in the convention book for a full page (6 ⅜ in by 8 ¼ in, same proportions as 8 ½ in by 11 in), a half page (6 ⅜ in by 4 ⅛ in), and a quarter page (3 ⅛ in by 4 ⅛ in) ad. Pricing for these ad spaces are $160 for a full page, $90 for a half page, and $50 for a quarter page. If you’re interested, act fast! Submit your request for ad space to design@everfreenw.com by June 2. Graphics for ads must be received by June 5.
