Everfree Northwest is an annual, three day event dedicated to celebrating the hit television show, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Since its debut in the Autumn of 2010, My Little Pony has earned itself dedicated fans of all ages. Now in its third year, Everfree Northwest is more than just a convention. It is a community of friends and volunteers who have come from all walks of life and corners of the continent. Everfree Northwest gives the fan community a memorable time and space to make friends, make memories, and to celebrate the media phenomenon that brings them together.
Our event includes a rich schedule of programming that includes dances, costume contests, art, live music, games, and more! Each year we feature special guests of voice talent and production staff, who have given their talents to make My Little Pony so special, for special panels and autograph signings. Don't forget to visit our Vendor's Hall, where you can purchase the talented work of fan art, crafts, and music as well as toys, comic books, and more. As Everfree Northwest brings together fans of all ages, our event is family-friendly and all content and programming is appropriate for kids aged 1 to 100. Speaking of kids, all kids 12 and under attend Everfree Northwest for free with a paying adult!

Heads up! We’re super excited to announce that Rebecca Shoichet, singing voice of Twilight Sparkle and voice of Sunset Shimmer, will be attending Everfree Northwest 2014! We’re excited to have Rebecca join us this year.

The Everfree Northwest Writing Track has run into a problem. We have too many writing panels, workshops, and chillouts to run for just one three-day con. And we don’t want to force people to stay up from dusk till dawn. That’s right, even with running events all day in a dedicated room we could not fit everything in without overlapping the events we want to run, or having our events at awkward times.
So we came up with a solution, online pre-con panels. This means that we will stream panels once a month until the con using some of the same panelists that will be attending the convention.
The first panel, on Setting, will livestream on Saturday April 26th, 2014 at 7:30 PM Pacific Time on our YouTube Stream channel, EverfreeNWStream. We have a crackerjack team consisting of Pen Stroke, Soundslikeponies, and Piquo Pie.
As March comes to a close it’s time to announce the winners of Everfree Northwest’s 2014 Pre-Con fanfiction contest!
Everfree Northwest is proud to announce that we will again be hosting a Charity Auction on behalf of the Seattle Children’s Hospital. Last year $21,070 was raised from over 200 items during this exciting and wonderful event, and the staff here at Everfree Northwest have continued to be impressed by the creativity and generosity of the MLP:FiM fandom. That’s why we are looking for your help once more to make this year’s Charity Auction the best one yet!

Make your input known! Spike Firemane, known for both his carvings and for his giving nature, will be donating a charity carving for the EFNW 2014 Charity Auction. He would like to hear what you guys, the community, think he should carve for it. You can vote from a selection of three characters: Dr. Whooves, Bon Bon, or Mare Do Well by going to the link here. While you’re at it, be sure to check out some of Spike Firemane’s awesome work on his DeviantArt. Voting will conclude on March 31st, this coming Monday, at 11:59 PM PST.
If you wish to watch last year’s EFNW Charity Auction which sold a number of items including a Twilight Sparkle, a pendent necklace by Silver Slinger (formerly Chaotic Brony) which sold for $2,100,and Sunrise in Equestria which is an original oil painting by Cosmic Unicorn that sold for $2,750, it is available for viewing on YouTube.
